mindHub turns screenshots, photos and notes into maps with AI. By using it you agree to these terms. Please also read the privacy policy, which says what we keep and why.
The service
- mindHub reads the images you choose, picks the kind of map that fits them (mind map, tree, timeline, flowchart, table, cycle, Venn diagram, fishbone or concept map), and draws it with its content as text beside it.
- It is free, with daily limits for each account, currently 30 maps a day, 3 of them remade with the better-quality model. There is also a daily limit for everyone together; when it is reached, new maps wait until the next day (00:00 UTC). The limits may change.
Your account
- You sign in with Google on the website, or with Apple on iPhone. Keep your sign-in secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- You can delete your account at any time, from Account → Delete account.
Your images and maps
- They stay yours. You let us store them, and send your images to OpenAI to be read, only to provide mindHub to you, as the privacy policy describes.
- Only use images you have the right to use. Do not use mindHub for content that is unlawful, or for other people's personal information without their permission.
AI results
Maps are made by AI and can be wrong or incomplete: text may be misread, and the kind of map chosen may not be the one you would pick. Check a map before you rely on it.
Fair use
Do not try to get around the limits, overload or attack the service, or access it other than through the app and the website.
Changes, and the service as it is
- mindHub is provided as it is, and may change, pause or end. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using mindHub. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
- If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
